Those fuel injected V12 4 cylinder lumps were good motors though. I call NP.

The hell is that? I mean common.

I don’t understand your confusion, it’s obviously a V12 four-cylinder Packard Probe.

maybe 12v?

8 of the 12 cylinders are used for powering the air conditioner compressor

Looks like a Chevy Beretta rump on a first-gen Ford Probe front end.

I don’t think Chevy’s late-80s 2.2L I4 had three valves per cylinder.

Reminds me of the nissan v16 that was sold in my country, it was called that way because it had 16 valves and a 4 cyl. engine. Not a v16 engine.

Nah, it’s just a Beretta with an ugly fascia. Still has the original headlights, even.

Or maybe the V12 powers the wheels and the I4 is a generator that powers the accessories for minimal parasitic loss on the main engine.

genius. also a briggs and stratton powers the wipers seat heaters and humidor in case you get stranded you wont die of exposure and can smoke. the windows are steam powered so you will die of asphyxiation from a fine cuban instead.

But the front end fascia to the “roof” looks like an ‘89 Ford Probe, behind the bumper.

Were it actually a V12, like an 80s Jag or BMW 8 series V12, somehow ignoring size, it might be the awesome kind of totally insane.

There were plans - though scrapped - for a Beretta convertible. The L-body could have been OK as a convertible and it wouldn’t have been a huge development cost since the J-cars on which they were based, and the W-cars already had a convertible variant of each.
Apparently they were all crushed because they couldn’t pass crash tests.
